When referring families to the Resource Boutique:

• We are happy to help families that are in need of resources however:
  • Foster, Kinship and Adoptive families are welcome to come in to shop and/or put in a request form. 
  • CPS Prevention/Reunification requests MUST be submitted by and picked up by the worker. 
• We need all information to be submitted, size, age, gender, etc. for us to be able to fulfill the request. 
• When an item(s) is outside of the norm, special requests, don't hesitate to put on resource request. We will let you know if we can get ahold of the item(s) or not.
